I came to Alan with a rather complex issue. I had been dealing with a pretty nasty panic/anxiety disorder for about ten years. Even though, I had been going through conventional therapy (for many years), I still was not able to get to the root of this issue. While working with Alan and using his techniques, we were really able to get to the root of my problem. Expose it for what it was and lovingly tap it away. Alan, graciously, took the time to go step by step and support me as we tackled the many aspects of my issue. What I was not able to accomplish in any form of "behavioral modification" therapy, I was able to achieve with Alan and his protocols (in what to me was a very short period of time).
